New Online Banking & Mobile App Launches July 14, 2026
We’re excited to introduce a completely new digital banking experience designed to make managing your finances easier, faster, and more convenient.
Beginning Monday, July 14, River Valley Community Federal Credit Union will launch our new online banking platform and mobile app, powered by Bankjoy.

Our current online banking system and mobile app will be discontinued.
Monday, July 14
Our new online banking platform and mobile app will be available.
Please note that there may be a brief transition period while services are moved to the new system.

What You’ll Need To Do
When the new system launches:
1. Download the New Mobile App
The current River Valley Community FCU app will no longer work after the conversion.
Download our new mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play beginning July 14.
2. Enroll in the New Digital Banking Platform
For security reasons, all members will complete a quick first-time enrollment in the new system.
The process only takes a few minutes.
3. Set Up Your Preferences
After logging in, you can personalize your experience by setting up:
- Account alerts
- Security notifications
- Transfer preferences
- Card controls
- Mobile deposit settings
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my account number change?
No. Your account numbers remain the same.
Will my loans or automatic payments change?
No. Your loans, deposits, and automatic transactions will continue as normal.
Will I need a new username and password?
You will complete a simple enrollment process when you first access the new system.
Will Mobile Deposit still be available?
Yes! Mobile Deposit will be available in the new app.
Will Bill Pay still be available?
Yes. Additional instructions will be provided for members who currently use Bill Pay.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. Protecting your financial information is our highest priority. Our new platform includes enhanced security features to help protect your accounts.
